How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

During office hours (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM), we typically respond within 30 minutes via WhatsApp or call. Email enquiries are usually answered within 4 hours. For urgent queries, WhatsApp is always the fastest way to reach us.

Do you provide door-to-door pickup from my city?

Yes! For most Odisha tours and Dham Yatra packages, we offer pickup from multiple cities across Odisha including Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Boudh, Sambalpur, Berhampur, Rourkela, and others. Please mention your city in the enquiry form and we'll confirm availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash payments at our office. Online card payments are not currently available directly, but can be arranged through our team. All payments are confirmed via WhatsApp receipt.
