Please read these terms carefully before booking any tour or travel package with MSP Travels.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking enquiry, making a payment, or travelling with MSP Travels – Maa Suna Pratima Travels ("we," "us," "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MSP Travels. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
2. Bookings & Confirmations
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and a written/WhatsApp confirmation from our team. Verbal agreements alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.
- All bookings must be made with accurate passenger details, including full names and mobile numbers.
- Seat availability is not guaranteed until booking is confirmed and payment is received.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.
- Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
3. Payment Terms
- An advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total package cost) is required to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking.
- Full payment is typically required at least 7 days before departure for most packages.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated by our team.
- Prices quoted are per person and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The Company reserves the right to revise prices due to fluctuations in fuel costs, government taxes, or accommodation rates. You will be notified of any changes before final payment.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy for detailed cancellation timelines and refund eligibility. A summary is provided below:
- More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of amount paid.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (WhatsApp or email) by the primary booking contact.
5. Itinerary Changes
MSP Travels reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, public disturbances, or government orders.
- We will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives when an itinerary change becomes necessary.
- No refund will be provided for itinerary modifications caused by force majeure events.
- Changes to departure times or meeting points will be communicated as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone call.
6. Traveller Responsibilities
All travellers are expected to:
- Carry valid government-issued photo ID for all travellers including children.
- Arrive at the designated pickup point on time. The vehicle will not wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
- Behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, the driver, and tour staff.
- Comply with the rules and regulations of temples, hotels, and public places visited.
- Inform the team of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
- Keep all personal belongings safe. MSP Travels is not liable for lost or stolen items.
7. Limitation of Liability
MSP Travels acts as a travel organiser and is not responsible for services provided by third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, local transport operators, or activity providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death not caused by our direct negligence.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or government orders.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from a tour.
Our maximum liability to any traveller shall not exceed the total amount paid by them for that specific tour.
8. Health & Safety
- Travellers with known medical conditions (heart disease, mobility issues, respiratory conditions, etc.) should consult their doctor before booking any tour, particularly high-altitude Dham Yatra packages.
- MSP Travels does not provide medical insurance. We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel and health insurance before departure.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs but cannot guarantee services beyond what is explicitly included in the package.
9. Force Majeure
MSP Travels shall not be held liable for failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any obligation under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, wars, civil unrest, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
In such events, we will endeavour to reschedule the tour or offer a travel credit. Refunds in force majeure situations will be subject to our discretion and the costs already incurred.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Boudh, Odisha, India.
