We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before the departure date. Seats fill quickly during festival seasons (October–March). If you're planning to travel during peak pilgrimage time, earlier is always better.

Is there a seat reservation advance amount?

Yes. A small advance amount is collected at the time of booking to confirm and hold your seat. The remaining balance is collected before departure. Our team will share the exact advance amount when you call to book.

Can I book for a group or a whole family?

Yes, all meals are included — breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the trip. We serve pure vegetarian (satvik) food — homestyle Odia and North Indian meals, freshly prepared. We understand the importance of clean, devotion-appropriate food during pilgrimage.

What type of hotels are provided?

We use clean, comfortable hotels and dharamshalas at each stop — neat rooms, attached bathrooms with hot water, and good facilities. We prioritise comfort over luxury, especially for elderly travellers. Hotel category can be discussed when you book.

What is NOT included in the package?

Is MSP Travels safe for senior citizens and elderly parents?

Yes, completely. Every itinerary is planned at a relaxed, unhurried pace with enough rest time at each stop. We use comfortable AC vehicles with easy boarding, and our escort is specifically trained to assist elderly travellers at temples and throughout the journey.

Can wheelchair users travel with MSP Travels?

In the rare event that we need to cancel a departure, we will inform all booked travellers immediately and offer either a full refund of the advance paid or a transfer to the next available departure — whichever you prefer.
